ESS AAR INFRASTRUTURE started its Business in 2013 with a meager investment of Rs. 3,50,000 ESS AAR INFRASTRUCTURE worked hard and with sincerity, Commitment and Timelines. ESS AAR INFRASTRUCTURE started getting work orders and with Pro found support from our customers especially INDIAN ARMY and INDIAN AIR FORCE. It was a challenge to execute orders with financial constraints and then came the J&K Bank, Branch Brein Nishat to our support. The Bank Supported us with all facilities like SOD, BANK GUARNTEE, and OVERDRAFT facilities to coup-up with our orders and execution of our projects. We succeeded and maintained a good reputation with our Vendors, Customers and with our estimated Banker i.e, the J&K Bank Brein Nishat. Year-on-Year, ESS AAR INFRASTRUCTURE showed Exuberant growth and today ESS AAR INFRASTRUCTURE is doing a business Turnover of 2.5 Cr. Yearly. I am personally thankful to our Customers and Vendors for Trusting us and at the same time we feel obliged with Jammu And Kashmir Bank Brein Nishat fot the financial support. About Us

ESS AAR INFRASTRUCTURE is a supplier of Office Automation products based in Jammu & Kashmir. It commenced operations in 2015 as a general supplier to the Indian Armed Force units located in the Kashmir Valley. Started with an initial investment of Rs 3,50,000 in 2015 ESS AAR INFRASTRUCTURE has experienced a phenomenal growth to record revenue of Rs 1,08,00,000 (Rs 1.8 crore) in the financial year 2016-17. The current insurgency in Jammu & Kashmir has seen massive deployment of Indian armed forces in the State. To maintain forces on such a large scale is a big challenge. The Indian armed forces therefore, use a number of local companies as suppliers for various products. Seeing this as an opportunity ESS AAR INFRASTRUCTURE started supplying various products to the armed forces. Starting as a supplier on probationary basis ESS AAR INFRASTRUCTURE soon established itself as a reliable supplier. ESS AAR INFRASTRUCTURE is now a permanent supplier to the armed forces and supplied a number of products to the armed forces in Jammu & Kashmir like stationery, office automation products, spare parts, clothing and other related products.

Our Infrastructure

1. We have two facilities to operate in
a. Brein Nishat, Srinagar
b. Kaka Saria, Srinagar
2. We have stock availability of various essential items which are required by INDIAN ARMY on quick delivery basis. Hence, we are quick suppliers for essential items needed for operations in the valley.
3. We have availability of tools, mobile jeep for carrying material. Hence we are trsuted by Army as we own our transport and we maintain and take care of our tools and transport ourselves.
4. We have good connect with vendors and facilitators in INDIA and in various countries.
5. We have all certifications, licenses necessary to operate our business including import and export license.

The Business Potential

The current levels of deployment of the Armed Forces in Jammu and Kashmir are among the highest in the world. The Armed Forces of late have given more impetus to the local purchases and are one of the biggest purchasers in the state. This resolve has been further given boost by the recent initiatives like Operation Sadhbhavna, SAG, MOTI MS, SRF which besides emphasizing the rebuilding efforts also stresses to help local companies. The scheme envisages a role for the Armed Forces even during the peaceful times for the welfare of various communities in Kashmir Valley. The scheme therefore, would see Armed Forces increase their spending in the areas like rebuilding schools, solar lighting, water supply in various communities and other related construction works. In the current financial year the Army alone is expected to spend about Rs. 58,00,00,000 (Rs. 58 crores) under the Operation Sadhbhavna scheme. The Armed Forces Units, which the company has secured the registrations with as a preferred supplier, are alone expected to spend at least Rs. 28,00,00,000 (Rs. 28 crores) during the financial year 2019-20. All these potential investments by these organisations present an excellent opportunity for ESS AAR INFRASTRUCTURE and the company is very well placed to take advantage of these opportunities. The market size is expected to grow further due to the initiatives taken by Armed Forces like Operation Sadhbhavna under which they invest in the rebuilding efforts in Kashmir Valley in turbulent as well as peaceful times. Therefore, the market is not only driven by turmoil in the Valley.
